Details of the Silver Package:

  1. Consultation (1 hr)

    By a well-experienced Ayurveda physician using ancient Ayurveda diagnostic methods such as Special Nadi Pareeksha (Pulse Examination) and modern systemic examination methods to determine body constitution and assess systemic conditions. Findings from your consultation will be used to decide an individualized treatment plan.

  2. Head Massage (Shiro Abyanga) (40 min)

    In Sanskrit, ‘shiras’ means head and ‘abhyanga’ means massage. Shiro Abyanga involves massaging the head, neck, and shoulders with warm herbal oil to calm and balance your mind and nervous system. The herbal oil is selected according to your body type and applied with a variety of techniques and gentle marma applications.

  4. Shirodhara (Royal Bath) (45 min)

    Shirodhara helps relieve stress, promote restful sleep, and calm an agitated mind. Warm medicated oil can dilate blood vessels, improve blood circulation, enhance brain function, and regulate serotonin levels, combating mental fatigue.

  5. Nasya
  6. Head Pichu

    Shiro Pichu involves placing a sterile cotton pad dipped in herbal oils on the crown of the head (anterior fontanelle) and wrapping it with a bandage cloth. It helps alleviate headaches, migraines, and insomnia by calming the nervous system and promoting restful sleep. It also improves scalp health, reduces hair fall, and encourages hair growth by enhancing blood circulation and nourishing the hair follicles.

  7. Herbal Inhalation (15 min)

    Herbal steam supports the immune system and alleviates symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections. Inhaling plant compounds with water vapor is safe and effective.

  8. Shiro Leapa

    Special method of applying herbal paste to the head for nourishing the central nervous system.

  9. Sharira Abyanga with Pada Abyanga (Full Body Massage with Special Foot Massage)

    Abhyanga massage therapy is done using warm herbal oils applied in the direction of blood movement. This improves blood circulation, relieves pain and stiffness, and helps in de-stressing. It also corrects energy (Dosha) imbalances in the body. Benefits of foot massage include faster recovery, prevention of injuries, blood pressure regulation, improvement of flat feet, enhanced blood circulation and cell recovery, stress relief, and hormone balancing.

  10. Sarvangadhara

    Sarvangadhara is a preparatory procedure in Panchakarma where medicated oil and milk are poured all over the body and massaged by therapists.

  11. Pinda Sweda

    Pinda Sweda uses warm medicated oils with herbal leaves in a cloth bag. The composition of oils and herbs is customized based on the health condition being treated. Benefits include deep relaxation, removal of tension, stress, and anxiety, and improved mental clarity and emotional well-being.

  12. Herbal Seed Fomentation
  13. Udvartana (Herbal Powder Massage)

    Udvartana involves upward strokes during the massage with penetrating herbs to create heat in the body, decrease lethargy, release toxins, reduce fluid retention, and increase circulation.

  14. Milk Rice Formentation (Pinda Sweda)

    Shastika indicates 'Sixty', shali means 'Rice', pinda means 'A bolus', and sweda means 'Sweat'. The treatment includes a full-body abhyanga with milk and rice to obtain maximum sweating. It helps eliminate toxins, enhances blood circulation, and facilitates the detoxification process.

  15. Milk Rice Wrap

    The body is wrapped in a paste of herbs with milk, applied generously all over the body. This treatment resolves skin conditions caused by excess body heat, dry, sunburnt or damaged skin while nourishing the skin.

  16. Foot Massage

    Benefits include faster recovery, prevention of injuries, blood pressure regulation, improvement of flat feet, enhanced blood circulation and cell recovery, stress relief, hormone balancing, alleviation of cramps, and management of PMS and menopause syndromes.

  17. Steam Bath (Time Dependent on Body Type)

    A steam-filled room used for relaxation and cleansing. Benefits include improved blood circulation, skin health, workout recovery, joint loosening, stress reduction, sinus opening, and calorie burning.

  18. Herbal Bath (Hot Water) (20 min)

    A mixture of chosen herbs is added to hot water and diluted for bathing. Herbal rinses enhance micro-circulation, preserve skin quality, and provide a refreshing feeling.

  19. Wasthi (Enema)

    Vasti, or Ayurveda Enema, is considered the “King” of all Ayurvedic therapies and is highly effective for conditions related to Vata (Rheumatism).

  20. Virechanakarma (Purgation)

    Virechanam or purgation eliminates accumulated toxins from the alimentary canal, mainly from the small intestine. This procedure helps eliminate pitta dosha and Kapha dosha.

  21. Breath Meditation and Walking Meditation (1 hr)

    Meditation offers emotional and physical benefits including stress management, increased self-awareness, focus on the present, reduction of negative feelings, enhanced creativity, and patience.
